The company has established a company – Kim Mining Company – Sudan partnering with the diversified and reputed Zubair Corporation Group at Sultanate of Oman and this venture has been carrying out Mining operations in Sudan, for the mining of Chrome since 2009. The ore extracted is being exported to energy China and other countries. The Company has set up a 45000 TPM Chrome Beneficiation Plant at their site in Sudan.
The Company is carrying out chrome exploration and mining activities with exports targeted to China.
The company also has limestone production set up with 300 TPH capacity currently, to be increased by adding a production line with 500 TPH capacity. The mining site being located just 26-30 kms from the Sohar Port gives tremendous logistics and cost advantages to this project.
